Effective May 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using this site or engaging with Soud.

01

Acceptance

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

These terms apply to your use of the site and to any preliminary discussions or information exchanged prior to a formal engagement agreement. They do not constitute a contract for services; a separate written agreement governs any consulting engagement.

02

Use of This Site

You may access and view the content on this site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content without prior written consent.

You agree not to use automated tools to scrape, index, or extract content from this site, or to attempt to access any system or infrastructure connected to it.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion without notice.

03

Services and Scope

Soud provides market entry strategy, on-ground execution, partner access, and related advisory services for companies entering the Syrian and Levant markets. The scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are defined exclusively in the written agreement between Soud and the client.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of any specific result. Market conditions, regulatory environments, and on-ground factors are subject to rapid change, and outcomes are inherently subject to those variables.

04

All content on this site, including text, images, design, the Soud name, and visual identity, is the exclusive property of Soud or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Case study content, partner logos, and client names are used with permission and may not be reproduced or attributed without consent.

No licence or right is granted by your use of this site to any intellectual property owned by Soud.

05

Confidentiality

Any information shared with Soud in the context of an initial enquiry or exploratory conversation is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Information that is publicly available, already known to us, or independently developed is not subject to confidentiality obligations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the equivalent of USD 100.
